AMALFI COAST

Day 1
“Arrival ...welcome to the Divina”
Arrival in Naples Capodichino Airport meet with tour host - Transfer by private bus to the
accommodation on the Amalfi Coast .Villa Eremo will be your home for this week.
On arrival check in procedure. Upon arrival meeting with the Villa staff and greetings .In the
afternoon, after a welcome get-together with your tour host, and a briefing on the happenings of
the week to come, you will go shopping for Sunday lunch in the near town enjoying a short bus
drive. Dinner will be in a local restaurant. Return in villa for overnight. (L, D)

Day 2
"O Rau' della nonna ... cooking your Traditional Sunday Lunch "- 1st cooking class”
Breakfast in Villa served on the open terrace.
Today we will immediately get started with our first cooking lesson hands on. We will be making our
traditional Sunday lunch
In the afternoon, we will walk down to the town of Amalfi and have a guided walk about with visit
of the Cloister and Amalfi Duomo. Everyone will have some free time to explore the town of Amalfi
before walking the back streets of the town for a Dinner at the Taverna Buonvicino Restaurant.
Return to the Villa for overnight (B, L, D)

Day 3
"The Divine Coast and the Island of Love"
After breakfast departure by private boat to enjoy a full day tour of the coast and of Capri. Sail
along the Amalfi Coast, following the coastline passing by Amalfi, Conca De Marini , Furore, and
the small inlets up to Capri, sail around the Island to marvel the beauties of the ‘Faraglioni’ rocks,
the Green grotto and of course the Blue grotto; stop for a swim. Arrived on the island we will take
the private open taxis for a tour of the island to explore further for about 2-3 hours. Time for you to
take lunch or explore the island.Return to the villa in late afternoon.
Dinner this evening will be in the villa. (B, D)
 

Day 4
“Mozzarella Making and the Italian Barbeque “
Breakfast in villa and late morning departure for Ravello, stop at a local mozzarella factory, visit of
the factory and mozzarella making and tasting free to explore the town or have a snack, bus back
to Amalfi. Dinner in villa Barbeque Italian Style. (B, D)
 

Day 5

“Pompeii and Hand made sandles“
Early breakfast in villa and departure for a visit with a private guide dedicated to the excavated
area of Pompeii. Light lunch in a small restaurant in Pompeii. On our way back top in Maiori for
handmade sandals at Gerardos’ ahd Alfonsos’ Artisan Shop (basic pair is included) here you can
choose your pair and have them changed as you prefer. Return to the Villa in the afternoon, time
to relax before Dinner in a small village next to the villa. Walk to Atrani aperitif in the square and
then dinner at La Paranza. (B, L, D)

Day 6
“Minori…Limoncello & Pizza Napoletana -2nd Cooking Class”
Breakfast in Villa and departure for Minori for the weekly Market where we will shop or some of the
ingredients for the pizza making in the evening. While in Minori, we will visit a small Limoncello
factory, where we will be treated to a tasting of Carletto’s amazing Limoncello (and other unique
liqueurs). While here, we will be making our own limoncello.
We will visit Sal De Riso Bistrot, the Wolrd Famous Pasticciere, the winner of Many Awards and Prices
in Culinary Field.
We will be treated to an amazing buffet of assorted fresh vegetables, seafood, chicken and
dessert. Return to Villa in the early afternoon and time to relax before the evening Cooking Class
Tonight we will be making the world famous Pizza Napoletana!

- Pizza siciliana
- Pizza cipolle e pancetta
- Pizza con la salsiccia
We will end our dinner with Carlo's Delicious Ice creams and a surprise! (B, L, D)
 

Day 7
“Positano & Beach Restaurant “
Breakfast in villa. Free morning to relax on the pool or explore the area independently.
After a few long days, today we will take it easy before lunch. Relax by the pool, lay out, sleep in,
or if you want to stay on the move, spend a morning of shopping on your own in Amalfi.
Afternoon walk to Amalfi Darsena and departure by private boat for Positano.
We will make our way up the Amalfi Coast to Positano.
As we arrive in Positano, we will take a walk through this adorable little town and everyone will
have time to explore Positano at their own pace.
Before boarding our private boats, we will meet for an aperitif we will board our boat once again
and head out to the bay, as we enjoy the sunset overlooking Positano and the Amalfi Coast from
the water.
We will head back to land in a tiny cove, where we will dock at “La Tonnarella” restaurant. We will
be having dinner in front of the sea. Return to Villa in late evening (B, D)

Day 8
“Arrivederci Amalfi Coast”
Breakfast in villa and transfer by private bus to Napoli Airport for flight back home and …
Arrivederci Italia! (B)
