one of the best Mozzarella Factories of the area. Meeting with the supervisor and visit of the Estate. You can
assist to the making of the daily products (mozzarella, yogurt, ice creams) here you will have a light lunch
based on dairy products. Soon after travel south to the Wine Cellars De Conciliis, wine tasting of 4 to 5 DOC
Wines and visit of the cellar.
