Today you will experience two local product making very famous on the Amalfi Coast.
Departure for the town of Minori, here we will meet Carlo Mansi the limoncello maker in his laboratory, he
will introduce us to the fine art of liquor making and you will take part to some of the phases of the
preparation. After the preparation, a tasting section will take place with Carlo and his assistant.
Departure to Ravello and arrival at “Staiano Mozzarella store”. Here you will meet Biagio, our mozzarella
man, he will introduce you to the phases of the mozzarella making, from scratch and you will have the
possibility of making your own mozzarella and eat it freshly made.
Light snack and wine with local cheese products and salami is included.
