Nontas house – Perahori

This  new house is located at the outskirts of Vathy town on the road to Perahori village. It has been built in a traditional style and its light colors provide a sense of summer flair. The house is in an elevated position, two stories and it has balconies and big courtyards as well as private parking spaces. The whole property is in a piece of land full of olive trees.
The top floor house has two bedrooms, living room, dinning area, open plan kitchen and bathroom and on the attic there is a third bedroom. The house has a big balcony, overlooking the port of Vathy and each of the first floor rooms also have a balcony or a courtyard.
The interior is modern and very light, with bright colors curtains and pillows.
The studio is located on the ground floor and is a one space room with kitchenette and a bathroom. The studio opens in a big courtyard that also looks over the port of Vathy.
This house is ideal for families with children and the studio for couples. Please note that the house can be let also as a whole for large families.

A new and contemporary two storey house is where we find these small but stylish apartments. The house is located in just a few hundred meters from the town central square (500m.) in an easy walking route on the coastal road of Vathy. The building has a garden and shaded areas as well as private parking spaces for all the guests, as well as beautiful views of the port and the town.

Six open plan studios/suites that sleep 2-3 people (one of which features handicapped people facilities).Each room has twin beds, which can be properly linked up – not just pushed together – to form a double bed if preferred, and the shower rooms are also a cut above those found in most other self-catering properties on the island.
Although the ten suites and apartments that make up the residence are fully equipped for self-catering (with fridge and fourring hobs), guests are offered a range of services that you would normally only find in a hotel.
A daily breakfast, served on the sunny first-floor terrace overlooking the harbour is included in your holiday cost. The residence offers 24 hour room service, laundry service and can also arrange babysitting on request. The snack bar and jacuzzi pool are also at your disposal.
The accommodation itself is very well appointed, with attractive, custom-made furnishings and a host of useful extras. The facilities provvided in each accommodation unit include individually controllable air-conditioning unit, direct dial telephone and internet connection, satellite TV and radio with a choice of English-language channels, in house movies, safe deposit box, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, balcony or yard with sea view and hairdryer in all shower rooms.

One Honeymoon Suite, sleeps 2 people. The villa is an ideal choice for having a relaxing and pleasant vacation, a getaway from the noisy city environment.
Small beds (cradles) are also available for families with little babies. The position of Villa Eleni's management is to keep the standards of visitors staying in high level, offering a friendly and scholastic clean environment renewed every year.
The building of Villa Eleni is a new establishment in Ithaca Island of the Ionian Sea in Greece, fully completed just in December of 2003. Please find below some photos of the building as well outside and panoramic views from the balconies.
The property is ideal for a big family or two couples. The owner of the house was an English actor so there are plenty of lovely interior objects and pictures from his carreer.
The sense of the house gives you a very calm feeling and it’s sure that the guests will enjoy any part of it.

This modern and stylish accommodation is consisted from two separated buildings one opposite the other. It’s built in a modern and very light style that still keeps though some of the traditional elements of the old architecture. The building is just a few hundred meters (300) from the town center and just on the back street parallel to the coastal road of the town. Every apartment has a balcony or a terrace or a courtyard.

Kostopoulos apartments is located just 500m from the central square of Vathy, in a very quiet area. They are in a traditional house on the elevated ground floor.

LIVANIS STUDIOS

Livanis studios are located just a few meters behind the central square of Vathy, in a very quiet alley. They are on the first floor of a two stories building and you have to use a twelve stairs case to get on accommodation level.
The building is new and in a traditional style and has small cozy verandas with shades but no sea views. This accommodation is ideal fro the people who do not want to use their car or moto for every movement on the island. It’s surrounded from tavern’s and the shops of the town center and the night life is just a fifteen minutes walk on the town’s promenade which is quite idyllic.
Each of the six studios has an open plan space with double bed, air conditioning, T.V. kitchenette, fridge, shower room, balconies. Please note, studio number six has no balcony. The kitchenette has all utensils that are needed including an electric kettle e.t.c.
Each studio accommodates 2 persons.
The accommodation is ideal for couples that want to have all the small luxuries on their holidays but do not want to spend a fortune on their accommodation.

TRITSAROLI HOUSE - Vathy

A two bedroom air conditioned suite, with an open-plan kitchen, living room with convertible sofa and a balcony with a magnificent view of the port of Vathy.
The property is quite new and modern over looking the port of Vathy. The house is located in a large garden, with private parking space.
It’s accessible by car using the ring road of Vathy or by steps directly from the coastal road of the town. The house is on the top floor of the building (loft) and has a balcony that literally hangs over the port of Vathy (the best view in town)
The loft has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and open plan kitchen with convertible sofa, decorated in a rather contemporary style with fully equipped kitchen and air condition in the bed rooms is an ideal accommodation for two friendly couples or a family with children (but not recommended for babies or elderly people). and a balcony, with a magnificent view of the port of Vathy.
The balcony might be a bit small but the view is rewarding enough and is counter playing for any inconvenience.
